Talent Acquisition Associate

The Recruiting Associate will work in collaboration with the Global Talent Acquisition Team to identify and attract top candidates, and take an active role in assessing EQ, IQ, grit, tenacity & TTD culture fit for potential hires. He or she will act as a true business partner, dedicated to understanding and addressing key business needs with hiring tactics. This is NOT a paper pushing role or an agency-recruitment style position; all recruiters should be committed to the long term success of the company & utilize creative, new age recruiting strategies to engage talent.


  • Work closely with Hiring Managers and Director of Talent Acquisition to understand position details, business objective of role, and requirements
  • Actively research and engage candidates of interest
  • Take an active role in selling/maintaining/building the company story
  • Understanding and communicating the unique value propositions of each position, and being able to assess for key qualities necessary for a successful hire
  • Work with Director of Talent Acquisition to develop unique sourcing strategies
  • Conduct initial phone screens & coordinate interviews
  • Maintain communications and correspondence with candidates, ensuring all candidates receive feedback and have a positive experience throughout the process
  • Hold hiring stakeholders accountable & assist in keeping the hiring process on track
  • Report on recruiting metrics and provide regular status updates to Director of Talent Acquisition
  • Solicit referrals from potential talent and internal employees/recent hires
  • Participate in culture fit and EQ assessment interviewing
  • Attend industry networking events and campus recruiting activities to build brand awareness and engage/attract talent
  • Be proactive in building talent pipelines & predict the needs of the business based on company communication of long term initiatives


  • 3-5 years of professional working experience; at least 1 year of experience as a recruiter
  • BA/BS in behavioral psychology, neuroscience, or a related field; MS preferred
  • Open-minded to new age recruiting strategies focused on sociological evaluation
  • Ability to adapt conversation to varying personalities
  • Analytical approach to interviewing & interest in creative assessment strategies
  • Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Creative and resourceful in sourcing talent and exposure to recruiting tools for passive talent search
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback
  • Highly organized and able to handle shifting priorities and schedules; previous project management experience a plus
  • Maintains high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
