Talent Acquisition Analyst, APAC


The Talent Acquisition Analyst to support the Talent Acquisition team with interview scheduling, applicant tracking system support, pre-screening and other assigned activities across a number of recruiting regions. Work with a variety of internal stakeholders with drive and tenacity and will be responsible to ensure that pre-screen and interview schedules are met in a timely and accurate manner.


  • Coordinate interview schedules and emergency schedule change request
  • Keep interviewer(s) informed of interview schedule request status, including email confirmation of receipt of schedule request and weekly interview request updates
  • Use of multiple databases and/or tracking systems to provide information, metrics & reports
  • Process background checks for candidate(s) and update TA team on status
  • Provide high touch customer service to candidate(s) and hiring manager(s)
  • Ensure a positive candidate/manager experience 
  • Coordinate special events and activities (interviewing events, open house & job fairs etc.) 
  • Works closely with TA Manager to accomplish staffing goals/objectives and hiring managers’ and candidates’ expectations
  • Prioritize work assignments and complete them on time 
  • Maintains workflow efficiency, smooth workflow operation, and high quality standards
  • Create routine reports and prepare analysis of recruiting trends for existing programs and new initiatives
  • Collaborate with the TA team to routinely audit and evaluate new job boards, search engine optimization and assess new posting/advertising opportunities across the enterprise
  • Partner with TA Manager to support sourcing strategies as well as other assigned projects (market intelligence, talent attraction, talent engagement) as needed
  • Research talent markets & source candidates globally
  • Promote and advertise job postings
  • Research industry news & build candidate pipeline
  • Research employment laws, salaries, recruiting vendors and recruiting tools
  • Work in conjunction with recruiting team on creating job specifications
  • Gather information on process efficiencies, gaps and recommend practical solutions
  • Other duties/responsibilities as assigned 


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Have a minimum of 3 year of experience working in Human Resources across Asia
  • Must be familiar with, and have knowledge of, commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the recruitment and employment function
  • Strong technical aptitude; advanced skills with various applications and systems including MS Office and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (oral and written) with proven data visualization and presentation skills
  • Enthusiasm for data and analysis; previous experience using research, data, and external information sources to support decision making
  • Team player, high sense of urgency, desire to learn and grow
  • Self-directed, independent thinker with strong analytical skills
